Take your fight to China, Danone told
French yogurt maker Danone has been told to fight its case against Wahaha in the Chinese courts, as California has no jurisdiction.
A Superior Court in Los Angeles began hearing the case a few weeks ago, a year and a half after the writ was originally filed. On February 27, it was reported the California judge tasked with dealing with Danone's complaints against Ever Maple Trading and Hangzhou Hongsheng Beverage had ruled that China was a more “suitable alternative forum”.
