    New York-headquartered real estate developer Gale International has signed a framework agreement with the Changsha Municipal People's Government of Hunan Province for a state-of-the-art ecological city in Changsha.

    Signed on February 5, the agreement covers the planning, development and operation of Meixi Lake District, which will form the core of the West Changsha Pioneer Zone – a 1,200 square kilometer, specially-designated resource-saving and environmentally friendly development zone recognised by the State Council.
