    Just one year after he left to join an international investment bank, Jeremy Xiao has been rehired as a consultant in Herbert Smith's Beijing office.

    Xiao originally joined Herbert Smith in 1996 and rose through the ranks to become Beijing managing partner. His work at the firm included advising on the IPOs of Sinopec, China Construction Bank and ICBC.
