China's anti-monopoly regulator is said to be delaying its decision on the proposed takeover of Lucite International by Mitsubishi Rayon.
Lawyers have told China Law & Practice that it seems the Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom) has decided to open a second-phase investigation, indicating possible competition issues.
