Main contents: Upon the decision of the Tariff/Tax Regulation Committee of the State Council to levy tax and duty on specific import products as a trade remedy, the policy of reduction and exemption of import tax and duty shall cease to apply to all such products as of the date on which the levy of tax and duty commences.
