Minter Ellison has appointed a new head for its Greater China employment practice. Winnie Ng, an experienced employment lawyer who now works at Baker & McKenzie, took up the post on July 27 2009.
Ng has advised statutory bodies, financial institutions and multinational corporations on complex issues relating to employee benefits and compensation, data privacy, anti-discrimination laws, employee handbooks and policies. She has also provided considerable PRC/Hong Kong cross-border advice, and represented clients in relation to employment disputes in the Labour Tribunal and courts.
