DLA poaches Minter's Shanghai head

DLA Piper has hired Wan Li as a partner in its China team from Minter Ellison where he was Shanghai office managing partner.

Li is a corporate specialist who focuses on the infrastructure, natural resources and energy sectors. He has considerable experience advising clients on M&A, private equity and corporate matters including restructuring, and focusing on foreign inbound direct investment as well as representing domestic Chinese companies in relation to multi-jurisdictional transactions including the acquisition of equity and assets of foreign energy and resources companies.
