What are the key responsibilities of your role within Legal and Compliance, and how does this fit in with the rest of the legal function at UBS?

Li Lian Khoo, UBS I am responsible for fixed income derivatives transactions relating to China and Taiwan and I advise on the legal and regulatory aspects of proposed derivatives deals and prepare and negotiate documentation with clients.
