Sino-Forest in Mandra restructuring

Sino-Forest Corporation, a Canada-based operator of tree plantations in China, has completed a complex, multi-jurisdictional transaction which resulted in the out-of-court restructuring of Mandra Forestry, a PRC commercial tree plantation
