China Sci-Tech Holdings (to be re-named CST Mining Group) has been busy. It recently acquired Toronto-listed Chariot Resources for US$235 million. Chariot's primary asset is a copper mine in Peru, the Mina Justa Project.
CST Mining Group (CST) has additionally picked up Australian copper mine project, Cape Lambert Lady Annie Exploration (Cape Lambert) for US$120 million.
