    PRC-based solar power products manufacturer Trina Solar has raised US$184 million in its follow-on offering on the New York Stock Exchange. It made an offering of approximately 9 million American depository shares, representing 454,250,000 ordinary shares.

    Trina Solar was the first US-listed solar power company to raise capital in the equity markets this year. The bookrunners were Credit Suisse Securities (USA), Goldman Sachs (Asia) and Barclays Capital.
