Zhongsheng Group Holdings, a PRC auto dealership group, has raised $387 million in its initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The issuer runs dealerships for luxury car brands across the mainland, including Mercedes-Benz, Lexus and Audi.
Clifford Chance in Hong Kong was the underwriters' international counsel. A team led by Amy Lo advised Morgan Stanley, UBS and Boci Asia. Jingtian & Gongsheng was their PRC counsel.
