PRC hotel chain operator China Lodging Group (China Lodging) has raised US$126.8 million in its SEC-registered initial public offering and listing on the Nasdaq Global Market index. Joint bookrunners Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley exercised in full their greenshoe option to buy additional American Depositary Shares of the issuer.
Davis Polk & Wardwell acted for China Lodging. Beijing partner Howard Zhang and Hong Kong partner James Lin led the team. Jun He Law Offices was the issuer's PRC counsel. The underwriters were represented by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Zhong Lun Law Firm.
