On February 24, Stephenson Harwood brought partner Audrey Shum on board to strengthen its Greater China IP practice. She joins as a consultant from Clifford Chance and specialises in contentious and commercial IP matters.
Particular areas of focus for Shum include advising on the exploitation of IP rights in Hong Kong and the PRC, and working with clients in the IT, pharmaceutical and high-tech industries.
