    Assa Abloy, a Sweden-based global door security technology manufacturer, has acquired Pan Pan Door Company (Pan Pan). Pan Pan is a well-known Chinese door producer headquartered in Yingkou with factories in six locations in China.

    The acquirer was represented by a team from O'Melveny &Myers' Shanghai office and led by partner Li Qiang. Hylands Law Firm also counselled Assa Abloy. Dacheng Law Offices advised Pan Pan.
