Zhongsheng Group Holdings, a PRC auto dealership group, has raised US$387 million in its initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The issuer runs dealerships for luxury car brands across the mainland, including Mercedes-Benz, Lexus and Audi.
Underwriters counsel was Clifford Chance in Hong Kong. A team led by Amy Lo advised Morgan Stanley, UBS and Boci Asia. Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer acted for the issuer as its Hong Kong and US counsel. The Beijing team was led by Chris Wong and in Hong Kong, the team was led by Calvin Lai.
