    Dr. Le Chen and her team has joined Llinks Law Firm in Shanghai from Shanghai Fu & Associates Law Firm. Chen specialises in litigation and arbitration, and she will chair Llinks' Taiwan-related legal services team.

    Chen has served as chief legal counsel for the Taiwan affairs office of the Shanghai Municipal Government since 2005.
