Lovells has hired Adrian Emch as a consultant based in its Beijing office. Joining from Sidley Austin, he is a competition specialist and will lead the firm's China competition practice.
Emch's scope of experience is broad, having advised international companies on all aspects of competition law, including EU and China merger control , multi-jurisdictional merger filings, cartel investigations and antitrust counselling. He speaks Chinese, English, French, German and Spanish.
