    A former Hogan & Hartson counsel in Beijing has joined Fangda Partners. Private equity and M&A specialist Victor Yu joins Fangda's Shenzhen office as partner. He is qualified to practice Chinese and New York law. The firm has noted that Victor's addition reinforces the firm's efforts to provide a one-stop service for clients in international transactions.

    Two Fangda counsels have been promoted to partners, Benjamin Miao and Frank Li.
