NVC Lighting, a lighting brand supplier based in China, has listed its initial public offering (IPO) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and raised US$196 million. The company designs, develops, produces, markets and sells a range of lighting products.
NVC Lighting was represented by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom on Hong Kong and US law. The Freshfields team was led by Beijing managing partner Chris Wong and US partner Calvin Lai. Jun He Law Offices acted for the issuer as its PRC counsel, and Commerce & Finance served as PRC counsel to the underwriters.
