Main contents:
The Law covers:

- constitution of, and means of bearing, liability;

- exculpatory and mitigating circumstances;

- special provisions on liable subjects;

- product liability;

- liability arising from motor vehicle traffic accidents;

- liability for injury resulting from medical treatment;

- liability for pollution of the environment;

- liability arising from high risk circumstances;

- liability for injury caused by a kept animal; and

- liability for injury caused by things.
