Under the MOU, Rabobank will fortify its position in the Chinese market and assist ABC by providing it with technical support, training and expertise. Both entities will share their experiences in wholesale banking, rural finance, asset management and leasing, and other joint business opportunities.
Rabobank was represented by a Clifford Chance team led by Hong Kong-based Roger Denny, and included Beijing counsel Lachlan Jackson. Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised ABC.
