Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has opened an office in Hong Kong. Headed up by Kelly Austin, previously compliance and litigation counsel for Asia-Pacific for General Electric, its focus will be on corporate transactions and corporate compliance, regulation and investigations.
Commercial and corporate specialist Joseph Barbeau will relocate to Hong Kong from the firm's Palo Alto office. He previously practiced in Hong Kong for 12 years from 1985 to 1997. The two partners are joined by associate Kate Yin.
