Raising its partnership number to 14, Broad & Bright has hired three new partners from rival firms.
Zhang Libin and He Yuping are corporate energy specialists, while Huang Xiaojun brings years of experience working with Japanese clients.
Prior to joining Broad & Bright, Zhang was a partner and the chief representative of Baker Botts in Beijing. His practice centres on foreign direct investment (FDI), M&A and China-related energy projects.
Specialising in energy, M&A and cross-border corporate transactions, He was at Shangde Law Firm before Broad & Bright. In particular, he has amassed a strong portfolio of experience in contractual and operational arrangements relating to energy projects.
Huang is a corporate practitioner, working on matters of M&A, capital markets, FDI and employment. Before joining Broad & Bright, Huang was at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe.
