Boshiwa International Holding, a Shanghai-based children's clothing producer and retailer, has raised HK$2.49 billion (US$320 million) in its global and initial public offering, and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. UBS, Credit Suisse, Bocom International and Deutsche Bank were the joint underwriters in the offering.
Private equity fund Trust Bridge Partners provided pre-IPO financing to the issuer.
The issuer's counsel on the global offering was Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe. Hong Kong-based partners Edwin Luk and Allen Shyu led a team that included US and Hong Kong capital markets lawyers.
