China New Town Development Company (CNTD) has become a dual-listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE) by way of introduction. A Chinese non state-owned new town developer, CNTD has been a listed company on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading since November 2007.

This is the first time for a PRC new town developer and one of the few BVI-incorporated companies to be listed in Hong Kong.
