Chinese mobile security products provider, Netqin Mobile (Netqin) has launched its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange. It raised US$ 89 million.
The sole bookrunner was Piper Jaffray, and Oppenheimer & Co and Canaccord Genuity were the co-managers for the offering.
Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom was US counsel to the issuer. Simpson Thacher & Bartlett advised the underwriters, and a Maples and Calder team, led by Greg Knowles, acted as Cayman Islands advisers.
