    Jiayuan.com, China's largest online dating platform, has raised US$78 million through its initial public offering of American Depository Shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.

    The underwriters in this transaction were Bank of America Merrill Lynch , Citigroup Global Markets, China International Capital Corporation, Oppenheimer & Co and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel.

    A Hong Kong-based Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker team, led by David Wang, Steven Winegar and Jia Yan, advised the issuer. Hong Kong partner David Zhang and Beijing partner Benjamin Su of Latham & Watkins led a team that represented the underwriters. Fangda Partners also represented the underwriters.
