    PRC-based property developer China Resources Land has issued a US$750 million investment grade bond offering. The 4.625% senior notes are due 2016.

    The underwriters were HSBC, BOC International and DBS Bank.

    The issuer was advised by Clifford Chance on US law, Jingtian & Gongcheng on PRC law, and Maples and Calder on Cayman Islands law. The underwriters were represented by a Latham & Watkins team in Hong Kong, led by John Otoshi and Eugene Lee. PRC counsel to the underwriters was Commerce & Finance Law Offices.
