PRC children's entertainment and media company, Taomee Holdings has made an initial public offering (IPO) of American Depositary Shares on the New York Stock Exchange. The IPO raised US$64.7 million.
The issuer, established in 2007, operates online interactive entertainment products for children up to the age of 15. This includes leading virtual communites such as Mole's World, Seer, and Gong Fu Pai.
Credit Suisse Securities and Deutsche Bank Securities were the underwriters of this transaction.
