    Corporate specialist Jun Hu has joined Fangda Partners as a partner in its Beijing office. Prior to his new role, Hu was a partner at FenXun Partners and he practised at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Dewey LeBoeuf.

    His practice focuses on M&A, private equity investment, securities offerings and general corporate and foreign direct investment work. His clients include multinationals and PRC enterprises in their outbound transactions.
