DLA Piper in Shanghai has fortified its intellectual property (IP) practice with the hiring of Yan Zhao as a partner from Foley & Lardner, where he was a senior counsel.
Zhao has over 13 years of China IP experience, with his practice spanning patent prosecution, patent litigation and general IP matters. Although based in Shanghai, Zhao will frequent the firm's Hong Kong office as well.
