    Linklaters in Hong Kong has hired Tien-yo Chao from Morrison & Foerster to join its China practice. The partner and corporate specialist brings many years of Greater China experience to his new team, with a strong track record of working with Mainland Chinese clients. Chao was also a former partner at Slaughter and May.

    Linklaters has appointed corporate partner Fang Jian as its new China national managing partner, and corporate partner Betty Yap is now the new head of the China practice.
