China Fiber Optic Network System Group (China Fiber Optic) has launched its initial public offering (IPO) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The issuer is a large manufacturer of fibre optic patch cords in China.
The IPO raised HK$44.52 million (US$57.1 million) and the proceeds will be used for plant construction, production capacity expansion, to purchase research and development equipment and for working capital.
BOCI Asia was the sole global coordinator, bookrunner, sponsor and lead manager in the offering.
