China Metro-Rural Holdings, a PRC-based developer and operator of integrated agricultural logistics and trade centres in Northern China has completed its follow-on offering on the New York Stock Exchange.
The underwriter for the deal was Maxim Group.
Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe and Commerce & Finance Law Offices advised the issuer as to US law aspects and PRC law aspects, respectively. Maxim Group was represented by DLA Piper on US and Hong Kong laws, while it was represented by Han Kun Law Offices on PRC law. Conyers Dill & Pearman acted for China Metro-Rural Holdings as British Virgin Islands counsel.
