Yan will be joined counsel Zack Dong, a Shanghai native who was previously based in Reed Smith's Beijing office. Dong's clientele includes retail, wholesale, manufacturing and service-based companies looking to making foreign direct investments into China. He has advised them on restructuring, acquisition, recapitalizations, employment and real estate matters.
