The Finalists for the 2011 China Law & Practice Awards are now revealed. This list reveals that China's finest legal minds have continued to rise to the challenge of completing transactions amidst evolving legal regimes and temperamental market conditions. The shortlist of deals, for example, includes numerous transactions that incorporate original, progressive legal structures, or that pioneer new legislation.
This year's China Law & Practice awards introduces a number of additional categories – making the flagship event, now in its fifth year, even more inclusive for the domestic and international legal professions.
This year there are:
· 9 Deal categories
· 6 Deal Team categories
· 9 Regional Firm categories
· 17 Firm categories
· 2 In-House categories
· 1 Outstanding Achievement Award
The winners will be announced at a ceremony in Beijing on September 22 at the JW Marriott and full coverage of the nominated deals will be provided in our inaugural issue of the China Law & Practice Annual Review (CLPAR). If you wish to book a table to our awards event, please contact Bryce Leung on +852 2842 6937 or at [email protected] .
