    Intellectual property (IP) luminary and former judge Jiang Zhipei has joined King & Wood's Beijing office as a senior consultant in its IP litigation group.

    As one of the most prominent figures in the IP industry, Jiang has an illustrious career that includes acting as the former Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court IP Rights Tribunal, being a former member of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court, and participating in the drafting and amending of PRC Civil law, IP law and Civil Procedure Law.
