    Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has expanded its China corporate team with the lateral hiring of Beijing-based corporate specialists Thomas Man and Brad Herrold from Hogan Lovells, and the relocation of counsel Veronica Lockyer to its Shanghai office from London.

    Partner Man's practice focuses on complex cross-border inbound and outbound M&As, while of counsel Herrold's specialty lies in high-level corporate transactional matters. Lockyer's practice focuses on competition, M&A, data privacy and consumer law.
