Main contents: Under the Provisions, small- and medium-sized enterprises shall be divided into three categories, namely, medium-sized, small-sized and micro-sized enterprises (Article 2). In the industrial sector, companies with 1,000 or fewer employees or an operating revenue of Rmb400 million or less shall be medium-, small- and micro-sized enterprises.
