DLA Piper in Beijing welcomes Chris Lin as an of counsel to its employment practice. Lin joins from Dell, where he was senior counsel for Greater China and the employment law practice head for Asia-Pacific. Prior to Dell, Lin was an employment senior counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in Beijing and in-house counsel for GE (Greater China).
Lin has many years of experience working with top US and European companies in China, and has advised Fortune 500 companies on all labour-related issues. He counsels on employee hiring and termination, workforce reduction, employee disputes and arbitration, and unionisation, among other areas.
