Legend Capital, a China-based venture capital fund, has made three financing investments into Beijing-based technology companies: Beijing Kala Interactive Technology (Kala Interactive), Beijing Jing Ding Cheng Technology & Development (Jing Ding Cheng) and Beijing Mosh Century Technology (Mosh Century).
Kala Interactive is a group buying company and engages in business primarily through its site www.ftuan.com. Legend Capital completed a Series D equity financing in Kala Interactive's website.
The venture capital firm completed Series A financings for both Jing Ding Cheng and Mosh Century. The former company conducts business in the mobile phone third party application software development market, while the latter company operates a portal website on entertainment, consumption and leisure.
Advising Legend Capital was a Han Kun Law Offices Beijing team including Yijun Chao, Loretta Li and Xiaolin Teng in the Series A financing transactions, and Chao, Li, Guanglei Zhang and Songsong Gao in the Series D equity financing.
