The Beijing office of Mayer Brown JSM has hired two specialists to join its team. Consultant Zhen Han joins from Baker & McKenzie with her experience in M&As, joint ventures, mining projects and advising clients on regulatory issues in China. She is admitted to the New York Bar.
Nancy Chang will serve as a government relations adviser. She was formerly at the Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom) for six years as the deputy division chief of the Anti-monopoly Bureau. She practises Chinese law.
