    Eversheds China has hired corporate partner Virginie Deslandres from the Beijing office of Norton Rose. Deslandres will be Eversheds' new China head and be based in its Paris and Shanghai offices.

    Deslandres has over 25 years of experience in China, specialising in advising French and European companies in Asia. Her practice covers M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, market entry strategies, infrastructure and tax planning.
