Classification of enterprise registration revised to incorporate foreign partnerships.

Main contents: According to the revision, the items “other Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan-invested enterprises” and “other foreign-invested enterprises” shall be added to the types “Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan-invested Enterprises” and “foreign-invested enterprises” respectively (Article 2). The items “290 Other Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan-invested enterprise” and “390 Other foreign-invested enterprise” and the relevant interpretations thereof shall also be added to the types “200 Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan-invested enterprise” and “300 Other foreign-invested enterprise” in the “Types and Codes of Enterprise Registration”.
