Renminbi settlement extended to export trade transactions.

Main contents: Enterprises of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) and cities with independent development plans that have import and export business qualifications may, according to the Measures for the Administration of Pilot Projects for Cross-border Trade Settlement in Renminbi and this Circular, settle export trade transactions in renminibi (Article 1). The People's Bank of China shall, in conjunction with six departments and commissions, impose intensive regulation on lists of problematic enterprises that settle export trade transactions in renminibi (Article 2).
