Private enterprises encouraged to list overseas.

Main contents: Private enterprises are encouraged to engage in the issuance and listing of shares, refinancing, debt financing and overseas listing (Article 1). Equity participation in securities and futures business organisations with private capital is encouraged (Article 2).
