Main contents: The scope of pilot projects for the levy of value-added tax in place of business tax in the transport industry and certain modern service industries shall be extended from Shanghai Municipality to eight provinces and cities, namely Beijing Municipality, Tianjin Municipality, Jiangsu Province, Anhui Province, Zhejiang Province (including Ningbo City), Fujian Province (including Xiamen City), Hubei Province and Guangdong Province (including Shenzhen City) (Article 1).
