Housing and travel allowances of foreign expatriates of insurance companies may be excluded from their bonus limits.

Applicability: Relevant provisions of the Standardising Guidelines for the Management of Compensation of Insurance Companies (Trial Implementation) do not apply to entities without legal personality that are established by foreign-invested insurance companies in China (Article 7).
