Main contents: The promotion and establishment of bond investment plans by professional management institutions, such as insurance asset management companies, shall now be subject to a registration system instead of the previous record filing system. The registration materials shall be submitted to the registration authority designated by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, and registration shall be handled in accordance with provisions (Article 1).
